I-35 Snake River bridge replacement project

In Pine County

Traffic impacts

  • I-35 is reduced to two lanes (one in each direction) from the South Pine County Line to the Snake River in Pine City. This traffic configuration will remain in effect until September 2018.
  • The northbound I-35 ramps at Hwy 70 in Pine County are closed. Hwy 70 ramp traffic will be detoured to the Hwy 7 ramps.

I-35 Snake River Construction Schedule
April 2018 – October 2018
First stage: Construct seven miles of northbound I-35 pavement and the northbound I-35 Snake River Bridge.
Second stage: Construct seven miles of southbound I-35 pavement and the southbound I-35 Snake River Bridge.
