Permanent signal installation begins on Wednesday, December 12. All work will be completed by approximately January 11.
Flaggers will control traffic for short durations during the permanent signal installation.
Temporary signals “Flashing Red” will function as a stop sign for short durations.
Temporary stop signs will be used for short durations when the signal is energized.

A public open house was held July 23, 2018 in Two Harbors at the Two Harbors Public Building, Law Enforcement Center. The meeting provided updated information for citizens and business owners about the upcoming “urban” phase of the project.
