Traffic impacts

• When the project begins in July 2013 northbound Hwy 23 (Grand Avenue) will close to through-traffic at Raleigh Street. Southbound Hwy 23 will remain open.
  The I-35 ramps at Hwy 23 will also close. Access to and from Hwy 23 from I-35 will be at the Central Avenue interchange.

Alternate routes

• Northbound Hwy 23 to Raleigh Street, turn right, continue on Raleigh Street then turn left on Central Avenue, continue on Central Avenue to Hwy 23
• Southbound I-35 exit at Central Avenue, turn left on Central Avenue, right on Raleigh Street, left onto southbound Hwy 23
