Hwy 53 resurfacing project begins May 9 near Cotton
DULUTH, Minn. — Motorists traveling on southbound Highway 53 near Cotton are restricted to a single lane as an 8.1-mile-long resurfacing project begins today.
The project is scheduled for completion in late-June. The project area runs from just south of the White Face River to Augusta Lake Road.
Southbound traffic is restricted to a single lane in the project area. Motorists can expect short delays.
