Hwy 61 bridge project begins May 31 near Grand Marais
DULUTH, Minn. — Motorists traveling on Highway 61, four miles northeast of Grand Marais, will be restricted to a single lane as a bridge replacement project begins Tuesday, May 31. The project is scheduled for completion Oct. 28, 2016.
Single lane traffic, one direction at a time, controlled by signals or a flagger. Motorists should expect delays.
The Devil Track River Bridge will be replaced during this project.
