Public invited to attend meeting about Phase II of the Hwy 169 Cross-Range Expressway

DULUTH, Minn. – The public is invited to attend a public meeting to learn more about the next phase of work scheduled for the Hwy 169 Cross-Range Expressway. Minnesota Department of Transportation staff will explain details about the project, present plans and will be available for questions after the presentation.

This project will expand Hwy 169 from two- to four-lanes from the east end of the Bovey Bypass, east 1.55 miles through Taconite.

The project is funded by the Corridors of Commerce program, which is authorized by the state legislature to help improve freight movement and mobility.
