Orange barrels on a highway

I-35 ramp to close Sept. 13 south of Duluth

DULUTH, Minn. – The ramp from southbound I-35 to County Road 13/Midway Road will close Friday, Sept. 13 and will remain closed for approximately three weeks.

Southbound I-35 motorists will be able to access County Road 13/Midway Road by exiting at Boundary Avenue (Exit 249) and following the posted detour.

This ramp closure is necessary while crews place new concrete pavement.

This project will improve safety and provide a smoother ride.
