I-35 ramp to close July 5 at Midway Road/County Road 13

DULUTH, Minn. — The northbound I-35 off-ramp to Midway Road will close Friday, July 5 as resurfacing work begins on the ramp.

The signed detour will require motorists to continue traveling north on I-35 to the Boundary Avenue off-ramp. Motorists will then be re-routed back on southbound I-35 to Midway Road/County Road 13. The southbound I-35 exit to Midway Road/County Road 13 will remain open.

The on-ramp from Midway Road to northbound I-35 will close Friday, July 12.

The signed detour will require motorists to take County Road 14/Thompson Hill Road to Boundary Avenue to access I-35.

Both ramps will remain closed until late-July.

The resurfaced ramps will be smoother and safer for motorists.
