Hwy 1 lane restrictions begin the week of July 8 south of Murphy City
DULUTH, Minn. – Motorists traveling on Hwy 1 south of Murphy City will be restricted to a single lane beginning the week of July 8, when a grade-raising project begins.
Flaggers will control traffic.
The project-area is slightly more than a quarter-mile in length. Motorists will drive on an unpaved surface until the project is completed in mid-August.
This project will raise the roadbed and improve drainage.
