In Duluth

DULUTH, Minn. – The public is invited to a meeting to learn more about a paving project scheduled to begin in spring 2015 on Hwy 23 (Grand Avenue) from Interstate 35 to Beck’s Road.

The public meeting will be held at the Center City West Community Center, Evergreen Senior Center Room, 5830 Grand Avenue at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013.
