Hwy 23 paving project begins Oct. 16 in Bruno
DULUTH, Minn. – Motorists traveling on Hwy 23 in Bruno will encounter a two-mile-long construction area beginning Wednesday, Oct. 16, when a paving project begins. Motorists will be stopped by flaggers and led through the construction area by a pilot car.
The project area is approximately 21 miles long; however work will be restricted to two-mile–long sections.
Work on the project will begin in Bruno and gradually move north toward the Carlton/Pine County line. The project will be completed about Nov. 8.
When completed this project will provide a smoother and safer driving surface.
