Jay Cooke State Park headquarters and campground reopen
Visitors must enter using western entrance from Thomson

DULUTH, Minn. —Visitors to Jay Cooke State Park headquarters and campground must enter the recently reopened park using the western entrance from Thomson, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Motorists should expect possible road construction activities that involve flagging operations on Hwy 210 between Thomson and the park headquarters as ongoing Hwy repairs are made.

The Hwy 210 park entrance through Carlton remains closed as work on the Thomson Bridge and new bridge continues. Work on both bridges is expected to be complete in late November.
