Heavy blowing snow creates hazardous driving conditions


DULUTH, Minn. — MnDOT advises motorists to use extreme caution in northeastern Minnesota as a storm system moves through the region. Heavy blowing snow can cause reduced visibility and road conditions can change quickly.
