MnDOT lifts temporary detour on Hwy 61 in Lake County
DULUTH, Minn. — Hwy 61 between Lake County Road 3, just north of Two Harbors, and Lake County Road 4 in Beaver Bay, has been repaired and fully reopened to traffic.
MnDOT recommended that motorists use alternate routes as crews repaired pothole damage to a temporary gravel section of Hwy 61. Heavy rains on June 22 damaged the road.
