Public meetings to discuss continuation of Duluth I-35 Mega Project set for March 24
DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation invites the public to attend one of two open houses March 24 to discuss the resumption of the Duluth Interstate 35 Mega Project for the 2011 construction season.
The open houses will take place at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., at Holy Family Catholic Parish, 2430 W. Third St., Duluth, Minn.
Mn/DOT officials will be on hand to discuss the project, including:
- Related traffic control plans.
- Project work schedules and time frames.
- Traffic congestion mitigation plans.
- Overviews of 10 additional I-35 projects that will affect travel between Duluth and the Twin Cities during the 2011 construction season.
