Organization ID Account Application
To use our online oversize and overweight permitting system, you must first set up a user account also known as Org ID by filling out the web application form below.
After we finish processing your application, we will send you an email with your assigned account number, user ID and temporary password.
You can also download the organization ID account application (PDF) and send it by email to OFCVOPermits.dot@state.mn.us.
