A Motor Carrier of Passenger is defined as: persons engaged in the intrastate for-hire transportation of passengers in vehicles designed to transport 8 or more passengers, including the driver.


Motor Carrier of Passenger Applications and Forms
Drivers of Motor Carriers of Passengers must pass a criminal background check, as required under M.S.§ 221.178; 299C.67.
