Investment in Project Management

 

Recognizing the important role of project management in delivering transportation-related projects, Mn/DOT conducted a peer review in the area of project management during fall 2009.

 

The peer review brought together a panel of representatives from departments of transportation, engineering consultants, and the Federal Highway Administration to learn more about project management at Mn/DOT, share best practices, and offer recommendations for improvement.

 

Mn/DOT will review peer review findings and recommendations, as well as identify steps for improvements, in 2010. The following information offers additional details about the peer review.
