Welcome to the 2012-2013 Technical Certification Training season.

 

Registration for Technical Certification classes starts every year on Oct. 1.

Registration is first come-first served. Register early to get the classes you need.

All registrations for Technical Certification classes must be done through the ARM (Aggregate & Ready Mix) website. Visit the ARM website on or after Oct. 1, 2012 for registration and more information on the 2012-2013 training season.

Bituminous Street Recertification E-learning course offering for 2012-2013

The Bituminous Street Recertification E-learning (BSR E-learning) course will be offered as an online class in the 2012-2013 Technical Certification Training season as an option to classroom training. Instructor led classes will also be held as in years past. Students will need an active email address in order to register for this course. read more

Bituminous Plant Levels 1 & 2 and Recertification

Bituminous Street and Recertification

Bridge Construction and Recertification

Concrete Field Levels 1 & 2 and Recertification

Concrete Plant Levels 1 & 2 and Recertification

Grading and Base Levels 1 & 2 and Recertification

 

MnDOT personnel must obtain supervisor approval to attend class. Register through your supporting Employee Development Specialist (EDS) or Office Manager.

 

For Work Zone Safety, Bridge Safety, Erosion Control, or Signal & Lighting classes, click on the links in the Quick Links column at right. NHI courses are now being handled by the Work Zone Safety Unit, for more information click on the Work Zone Safety link at right.

 

You need a MnDOT Tech ID to register for classes. Use the link on the top navigation bar to obtain a Tech ID number. If you have a Tech ID and do not remember it, do not apply for another; call 651-366-4214 to get your current ID number.

 

Free non-certification classes from the National Highway Institute (NHI) and Transportation Curriculum Coordination Council (TCCC)

You can now register and take NHI self-study courses directly from the NHI website. Click on the NHI Training Website link at right for additional course and registration information. On the NHI homepage, click Register for a Course. From the Register for a Course menu, choose Introduction to Participating in a Training to learn how to access NHI courses.
