Registration Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be received by the ARM registration office not less than seven (7) calendar days before the first day of the class to be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations for the Bituminous Street Recertification E-Learning course must be made by April 24, 2013 which is 7 days prior to May 1, 2013 when th exam will no longer be available.
Cancellation requests must be in writing.

Include in your cancellation request: your name, class name, number and date you wish to cancel.
No-shows are considered late cancellations and ineligible for tuition refunds. However, companies may replace a registered student who is unable to attend with a replacement at no additional charge. Please have student indicate who they are replacing when they sign in on the class roster.
