About the project

This project reconstructs Hwy 14 as a divided, four-lane highway from Waseca to Owatonna. The project includes eight new bridges, including two at the I-35 / Hwy 14 Interchange. When complete, the new alignment will move Hwy 14 to the south of Owatonna.

Hwy 14 is a medium priority interregional corridor that connects New Ulm, Mankato, Waseca, Owatonna and Rochester.
