UCP Directory
Select DBE Directory below to create a custom report listing DBEs or non-DBE firms including primes, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and service providers that have bid on or performed on Mn/DOT projects. For detailed information on how to create and use the reports select UCP Web Reports User Guide.
The Minnesota Unified Certification Program (Mn/UCP) was established in accordance with Federal regulations (49 CFR Part 26) to offer a "one-stop" shop for certification of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) on U.S. Department of Transportation contracts in Minnesota. The Mn/UCP is made up of the Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT), Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) and Metropolitan Council, along with other state and local transportation authorities that are recipients of federal funds for transportation projects.
As one of its race-gender neutral activities, Mn/DOT maintains the Mn/UCP Directory. The Mn/UCP Directory consists of:
- A searchable listing of all Disadvantaged Business Enterprises certified to perform work under the DBE Program; and
- A searchable listing of all DBE and non-DBE prime and sub vendors who have bid or performed work on Mn/DOT contracts.
Contractors are encouraged to review the Mn/UCP Directory to identify appropriate vendors and DBEs for solicitation efforts.
