The Minnesota Unified Certification Program (Mn/UCP) was established in accordance with Federal regulations (49 CFR Part 26) to offer a "one-stop" shop for certification of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) on U.S. Department of Transportation contracts in Minnesota. The Mn/UCP is made up of the Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT), Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) and Metropolitan Council, along with other state and local transportation authorities that are recipients of federal funds for transportation projects.
