Highway Construction Job Interest Database

By submitting your information below, you will be added to a database that construction contractors can use to find and recruit potential employees. You may also receive information regarding upcoming training and job opportunities.

MnDOT Office of Civil Rights encourages contractors to hire, retain, and promote minorities and females to ensure equal employment opportunities for all. Projects costing more than $100,000 have minority and female workforce goals that contractors must try to achieve. MnDOT is committed to achieving a diverse workforce on all MnDOT projects.

Please note: Providing your information below is not a guarantee of employment. A construction contractor seeking employees may request access to the database, and the Office of Civil Rights will provide the data to the contractor. The contractor will review the database and determine who is contacted to apply and/or interview.

Many trades are required to deliver a highway construction project. Please view the construction career training e-brochure (PDF) that provides information about training opportunities in various trades.
