Material and services contracts are state funded contracts administered by the Department of Administration and are subject to the Targeted Group Business (TGB) and/or Veteran Preference programs. The materials and services sought include the following:

MnDOT tentative and future lettings

MnDOT tentative and future lettings are state and/or federally funded highway heavy construction projects and are subject to either the TGB/Veteran Preference programs (on state funded projects) or the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program (on federally funded projects), and may include sub-contracting goals for firms certified with these programs. Review past letting results, identify projects in future lettings, or view current advertisements.

MnDOT Professional and Technical (PT) Contracts

MnDOT executes PT and Engineering Services contracts in order to deliver projects in a timely cost-effective and quality manner. These contracts would be subject to DBE (federal), or TGB/Veteran Preference (state) programs based on the funding source used to authorize the project. AASHTOWare Project Civil Rights

The Civil Rights and Labor Management System (CRLMS) provides contract electronic access to submit certified payrolls, bidder/quoters, and prompt payment reports. The system allows contractors to meet government reporting requirements.
