We believe that your property may be located in Safety Zone A as defined by the proposed Ordinance. The Safety Zone A restrictions provide, among other things, that, aside from existing uses, Safety Zone A shall include no buildings, temporary structures, exposed transmission lines or other similar above-ground land use structural hazards. No land uses are allowed which would create, attract or bring together assemblies of persons. Permitted uses include agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, raising of livestock, wildlife habitat, light outdoor recreation (non-spectator), cemeteries and auto parking. Existing uses may continue as nonconforming unless these are substantially destroyed.
