Professional Development

Transportation Education Academy

The Transportation Education Academy was created to develop transportation curricula for primary, middle, and high school classrooms. There is a need for educational systems to incorporate a broad understanding of all transportation systems into the classroom. The goal of the academy is to create curricula that will result in transportation literate students who understand the technological, political, economic, social, and environmental areas in which total transportation systems must operate. Click here for more information.

National Congress on Aviation and Space Education (NCASE)

NCASE is an educational symposium that brings educators, industry leaders, and gifted speakers from around the nation together to discuss aviation and aerospace education. There will be a variety of professional development and personal growth opportunities at NCASE, and breakout sessions featuring hands-on classroom activities will be scheduled.
