If you have a question or comment about accessibility on a state road or highway or on pedestrian facilities that are adjacent to those state roads or highways, or about a MnDOT program or event, please contact us.

- Call MnDOT's ADA hotline at 651-366-4726. This phone number is available 24 hours a day. Please leave a detailed message and be sure to tell us how we can reach you. You may also call our toll-free number at 1-800-657-3774.
- Call 711 for Minnesota Relay Service (Text Telephone for hearing impaired - TTY).
- Fill out the question and comment form.

File a complaint
If you have a complaint about accessibility at a MnDOT owned facility or on a State highway, a MnDOT program or event, employment discrimination at MnDOT, or inaccessibile communication on MnDOT's website, please fill out the form. If you require a different format to file your complaint, please contact Bruce Lattu at 651-366-4718.
If you have a concern about facilities on a city or county road, you may prefer to contact the proper authorities directly. This link to City and County Web sites will help you find the proper people to talk to. Otherwise you may fill out the online form and we will forward your complaint for you.
